Plat4mer

Art created for the game Plat4mer (on steam) over a couple days. The programmer was going to use some pre-made packs but just before release decided that he'd rather hire someone to give his game a unique look, which is where I came in!

Of course I'd have loved more time to build more frames and polish the sprites but I worked with what I had and I think the end result is pretty rad!

Sprites for the various moves and abilities. Keeping them simple due to time constraints.

The monster sprites. Simple, but they didn't need to be complicated since they'd only be on screen for a few seconds.

Effects for the main players attacks. The idea would also be to combine them with particles but I didn't have time to develop those.

Various environment tiles. Ended up looking way cooler with the parallax effect.
